COURSEWORK
DUE FRIDAY 5th NOVEMBER

Your homework is to use your blogs to research the PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION and EXHIBITION of your chosen film (look at page 4 of your booklet and complete the section 1 and section2  tick list on your blog), make the blogs really exciting, use YouTube clips and pictures. When you've done this you must choose a sequence from your film to analyse, use the A3 sheets I gave you to help you write notes on the sequence before you try to structure and essay.

This link may help you to understand the DISTRIBUTION (marketing) and EXHIBITION it has video clips!

The video below tells you how to embed videos but YouTube has changed a bit, so the embed code is now below the video just to the right, click the word embed, then scroll down to a blue box that says 'Customised' enter 480 in the width box, now highlight the embed code, make sure on your post in Blogger have clicked on 'Edit HTML' and then paste, when published you should see the video. If you don't see the video the person who loaded the video to YouTube may have set privacy settings so you can't use it.

HOMEWORK: Friday 8th October

DUE: Friday 15th October

Storyboard a 2 min sequence from a film of your choice this can be from any point in the film, the important thing to remember is that the sequence may have many transitions you can cut some of them out  to it the sequence into 20 frames. Your storyboards must include camera shot/angle, camera movement, editing and sound (dialogue/soundtrack)
Also remember to choose an interesting sequence as you will be using this same sequence to analyses for coursework you will have to discuss how some of the micro features are used, and you will also need to research the production of the film.

SO CHOOSE YOUR SEQUENCE WISELY!
